Arrive Early & Warm Up
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet your partner and get comfortable. Start with light stretches or short rallies.
Understand the Teams
Padel is played in doubles - most * players are friendly and happy to guide beginners.
Serving the Ball
Serve underhand after a bounce, hitting diagonally into the service box. You get two attempts, just like tennis.
Keep the Rally Going
The ball can bounce once and then hit the glass walls. Work with your partner and aim for control, not power.
Scoring
Same as tennis: 15–30–40–game. Most games are played best of 3 sets.
Talk to Your Partner
