We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced coaches who are passionate about developing players and helping grow the Padel community!
What We’re Looking For
- Coaching & Player Development: Deliver high-quality individual and group coaching for juniors and adults of all abilities, covering technique, tactics, positioning and match play.
- Leadership & Operations: Support and develop the coaching team, coordinate programmes and sessions, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
- Club & Community Growth: Build strong relationships with players and local partners, deliver tournaments, camps and club events, and help grow participation within the Padel community.
- Qualifications & Experience: Strong Padel coaching and/or playing experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the flexibility to work across different hours and locations.
Coaching Qualifications
We welcome applications from coaches holding a recognised qualification from:
- Padel Coach Ireland
- LTA
- Padel MBA
